All Fans Lyfe products are made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, or for a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we've got you covered. Please contact Fans Lyfe within 30 days of receiving your order and include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We'll review the problem and work to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

For packages lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping charge to be reshipped.
