SHIPPING POLICY

All Fans Lyfe products are made to order just for you. Because each item is produced after your order is placed, please allow time for your order to be fulfilled before it ships.

FULFILLMENT & DELIVERY

Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days. Shipping time begins after your order has been fulfilled. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard U.S. shipping is $4.95. Orders of $50 or more qualify for FREE standard U.S. shipping. Additional or expedited shipping options, when available, will be displayed at checkout.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Because orders are sent to production shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping charge to be reshipped.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, or if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days so we can help resolve the issue.
